Aegeus

Aegeus is an ancient mythological Greek figure who is supposed to have had a hand in the founding of the city of Athens. Since he was also called the “goat man”, the name is also taken to refer to goat. Also, Zeus's shield is known by this name which is where the meaning of the name comes from.
