Aleid

Aleid is a Dutch diminutive of Adelaide. Adelaide originates in Germanic languages and means "graceful and noble". It was the name of many saints and royalty throughout history. Adelaide is also the capital city of South Australia, one of the Australian states. It was named in honor of Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen, King William's IV wife and the Queen of the United Kingdom.
