Ammon

Ammon can have two meanings. In Ancient Egypt 'Amon or Amun' was the chief deity, and the name Ammon is derived from that. Also there is a region north-east of the Dead Sea called Ammon. The Ammonites and the Israelite were constantly at war with each other in the Old Testament. It could therefore be a place name too.
