Concepcion

Concepcion originates in Spanish language and means "conception". In Roman Catholic faith, it refers to the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. Until today, it is more frequent as a place name than a feminine given name. There are numerous cities and towns of this name, especially in South America, the biggest one being Concepcion in Chile.
