Eustacio

Eustacio is a Spanish variant of Eustace. Eustace is of Old Greek origin, it comes from the Old Greek name 'Eustakhios'. The name Eustakhios has two components in it, 'eu', meaning 'good', and 'stachys', meaning 'ear of corn or grapes'. Eustace can mean anything from 'good harvest' to 'bearing fruit'.
