Lucretius

Lucretius is a masculine form of Lucretia. Lucretia originates in Latin language and means "success and wealth". This was the name of a legendary figure in the Roman Republic history. According to the legend, Lucretia was raped by the king's son and committed a suicide, both of which led to a revolution that overthrew the monarchy and established the Roman Republic.
