Neve

Anglicized form of the Irish name Niamh, which means "dazzling, radiant". Niamh was the poet Oisin's lover and a goddess in Irish mythology. The name Neve was popularized by the Canadian actress Neve Campbell, even though in her case the name was derived from her mother's maiden name and had no connection to the old form Niamh.
