Paloma

Paloma originates in Latin language and means "beautiful dove". The name is currently very popular in Spanish-speaking families, in the United States in general it is rather rare. Dove as a bird is considered the symbol of peace. The name Paloma was popularized by Paloma Picasso, a fashion designer and the daughter of the famous painter Pablo Picasso.
