Rhetta

Rhetta is a feminine form of Rhett, originally possibly derived from a Dutch surname meaning "advisor". Some sources also suggest the Latin meaning "rhetorician". The masculine name was popularized by Margaret Mitchell in her novel Gone with the Wind and a subsequent film of the same name, starring Clark Gable.
