Shania

Shania originates in Ojibwa language and means "I'm on my way". This explanation specifically refers to a popular Canadian singer Shania Twain, born Eilleen Regina Edwards. Some sources suggest, though, that Shania is ultimately derived from Hebrew and means "God is merciful".
